Our system has allowed AEL to keep track of jobs, stock levels and staff productivity to create invoices. We have developed an interface so that invoice details can be imported into MYOB.

We developed a job management system for E & I that allows them to manage all aspects of recording job time, materials and deliveries of completed items. Production staff use a touch screen or bar code scanner to record time against jobs. The system can track the progress of jobs, manage job costing, product information for staff pays and produce delivery dockets for completed items.
Online Workflow Ltd
We developed a web-based work management system that maximises employee productivity and minimises administration time. This system is accessed by tradespeople in the field using PDAs via a wireless internet connection. The system includes management reporting and allows the quick and easy creation of invoices for work done.
