As we hurtle through 2010, many of you are looking at how to grow your business without necessarily spending a fortune. We’ve got some ideas below which can help your business get more customers, get them spending more money and get them doing it more often....now doesn’t that sound appealing!?

While last year was a challenging one for many, DataPro Solutions has continued to grow thanks to the support that you give us. As part of that I’m pleased to welcome Helen Shorthouse to the team; she will be managing our Customer Insight division. Introducing the team

We’ve had some recent changes at DataPro, so thought we would introduce the team.

Welcome to Helen Shorthouse
A new year and a new member of the team - Helen has joined us as Customer Insight Manager.

She comes with a wealth of experience in marketing, sales and customer services. She has worked in corporate, public sector and cooperative environments and is a mentor with Business Mentors NZ.

She is passionate about using the knowledge we have on customers in a meaningful way in order to successfully grow businesses.

Helen believes most opportunities for companies aren’t hard to do, but are just a case of doing the basics better, “especially better than your competitors!”

David Carter – Development Manager
If you need a software system to help you manage your business more effectively then David Carter is your man. He has over 12 years’ experience in software development working in a wide range of sectors and has been with DataPro for the last two years. His team will take the time to understand your exact requirements and ensure your needs are met.
